Who We Are
We are a “Kitchen Incubator” that offers food service start-ups an opportunity to learn and practice the essentials of a food service business. Our educational courses help deliver, refine, and define an actionable business plan. Which in turns lower market barriers and risks associated with the foodservice industry.
In late 2016 the groundwork to create a new and unique program commenced. Dream Kitchen Edu will serve as an all-encompassing food service business incubator for future entrepreneurs interested in starting a restaurant, a food truck, catering business, or a food manufacturing operation.
Kevin Echevarria, who heads up the Dream Kitchen, joined forces with Sybil Ege, formerly with the ECC Small Business Development Center, and John Richards, a 25 year veteran in the Consumer Packaging Group (CPG) food industry, to create this pathway for those with an entrepreneurial vision.
